These little chips are like miniature SSD drives for your electronics. When you don't need something with as much storage as a micro SD card, but an EEPROM is too small, SPI (or QSPI) Flash chips give you on-the-order-of megabytes, with little cost and complexity. Adafruit use these chips all the time on Adafruit's CircuitPython boards to let folks store code and assets like animations, fonts, images, configurations, audio clips, etc! A great way to add datalogging storage as well.
Need to add analog inputs? This chip will add 8 channels of 10-bit analog input to your microcontroller or microcomputer project. It's super easy to use, and uses...

A crisp, bright 1.12" OLED that's ideal for adding a small display to your project. Raspberry Pi and Arduino-compatible, this 128x128 pixel, monochrome white/black display is ideal for graphing, readouts, and displaying basic icons.
This breakout is for a fascinating chip - it looks like an SPI Flash storage chip (like the GD25Q16) but its really an SD card, in an SMT chip format. What that means is that you wire up like an SD card breakout, and use the SD card libraries you already have for your microcontroller. For example, you can use the built in SD library in Arduino, or for CircuitPython Adafruit have an sdcard library. The breakout will act just like a 512 MB sized card with FAT formatting (it's pre-formatted).
