We have been Adafruit distributors for many years and their new products are added almost daily. We keep everything popular in stock right here at our warehouse in Newcastle (NSW).

Some background about why we stock Adafruit - the team at Adafruit are world-renowned for their creative approach with maker electronics. Limor Fried is the founder, is a MIT trained engineer and is involved with the development of all their products. It goes without saying that the kind-people-of-Earth have recognised Limor's wonderful achievements, such as being the first female engineer on WIRED magazine’s cover, named one of the “Most influential Women in Technology” by Fast Company and the winner of an EFF pioneer award for teaching and sharing electronics.

Adafruit was founded in 2005, Limor’s goal was (and still is) to create the best place online for learning electronics and making the best designed products for makers of all ages and skill levels. Since then, Adafruit has grown to over 25 employees in the heart of NYC. They've expanded Adafruit's offerings to include tools, equipment and electronics that Limor personally selects, tests and approves before going in to the Adafruit catalogue.
