A versatile little relay board. This relay channel can drive up to 10A @28VDC

  • While marked as a 5V supply voltage & input signals, we've found these relays to consistently work at 3.3V. If your unit isn't triggering, have a look at the notes to the right.
  • Equipped with a high-current 10Amp relay
  • 2x LEDs that show the current state of the relay
  • Some markings are in Chinese; the key input connectors are in English

Need an opto-isolated relay? Check out our 2 channel or 4 channel versions.

Specifications

  • 10 A Relay
  • Active Low (Pull to GND)

The relay is active when the control signal is pulled low. If control is left to float or at Vcc voltage, the relay is inactive.

Notes: It should be noted that the supply pin (Vcc) voltage needs to be the same as the logic level voltage (IN) pin for this relay to work. For example, you would need to use the 3.3V rail on a Raspberry Pi as its GPIO pins operate at 3.3V.

Examples

Raspberry Pi Pico - Micropython

from machine import Pin
import time

# Define the trigger and echo pins
relay = Pin(1, Pin.OUT)

# Turn the relay on and off forever
while True:
    relay.toggle()
    time.sleep(1)
