The Grove - I2C Motor Driver (TB6612FNG) is a versatile dual-channel motor controller designed to drive two independent DC motors or a single 4-wire stepper motor. By utilising the standard 4-pin Grove I2C interface, it enables makers and educators to seamlessly add precise motor control to an Arduino or Raspberry Pi without the complexities of traditional breadboarding.

Standard motor drivers often require a messy web of jumper wires and consume a large number of valuable GPIO pins on your microcontroller; this module solves that by handling all communications over a single I2C bus. This allows you to daisy-chain multiple devices together, freeing up your development board's pins for other essential sensors and making it ideal for compact robotic chassis or dense mechatronic projects.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:

  • $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
  • $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)

If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
