A pocket-sized hot plate that heats your board from underneath, so you can reflow small SMD boards and preheat larger ones without blowing tiny components across the bench with a heat gun.

PID control holds the 50 × 50 mm heating surface within ±3°C anywhere from 100°C to 350°C. Use constant-temperature mode for preheating and rework, or switch to reflow mode and set the temperature and time for each stage to run a proper solder paste profile on small PCBs.

Power it from a USB-C PD charger or a 12–28V DC supply. The HT-P1A negotiates PD 2.0/3.0, giving up to 100W over USB-C, while a DC supply unlocks the full 150W. Adjustable power limiting lets you match the hot plate to your adapter, avoiding brownouts and restarts mid-job.

Note: No power supply is included. You'll need a 65W or 100W USB-C PD charger, or a 12–28V DC adapter.

Features

  • Rapid heat-up with up to 150W of adjustable heating power (30–150W)
  • Consistent results thanks to PID temperature control, stable to ±3°C across 100–350°C
  • Two working modes: constant-temperature heating for preheat and rework, plus multi-stage reflow for solder paste
  • Switch between jobs instantly with three temperature presets (T1/T2/T3)
  • 1.44" colour display shows actual and target temperature, voltage, power draw, heating time and status at a glance
  • Peace of mind from over-temperature protection, low-voltage warning, long-run protection and tilt detection (adjustable 20–50°)
  • Flexible power: run from a USB-C PD charger or power bank on the go, or a DC supply on the bench
  • Stays current with firmware updates over USB-C
  • Compact 157g body with a detachable structure for easy maintenance, plus a storage case and covers for transport
  • Customisable brightness, volume, temperature unit and auto-exit timer
