Does sound quality matter to you? If Yes, then come to take a look at this HIFI Bluetooth Power Amplifier board! With AM interference suppression and filtering function, the board THD can be as low as 0.1% even when working for a long time at large power output, while bringing you very round and clear sound. It features 50W output power, volume adjustment knob, AUX+Bluetooth 5.0 input, dual-channel output, and DC5-27V operating voltage. This Bluetooth Power Amplifier board works well with 4~8Ω, 30W-200W passive speakers. You can connect it to Raspberry Pi, mobile phones, and other main-controllers with Bluetooth to DIY your projects. One of our talented forum members even retrofitted this to a vintage car!

The board comes with bottom/top protective panels and supports protection mechanisms including overvoltage, undervoltage, overheating, short circuit protection, and DC detection.

Operation Instructions

  1. Connect the board with a speaker, power it on.
  2. Rotate the knob then the indicator led lights up.
  3. Turn on the Bluetooth of your phone or Raspberry Pi, the” BT-WUZHI” will be searched, and then click to connect it. It connects successfully with a prompt tone, and now it can play music. The Bluetooth will be reconnected automatically when the module is powered on next time.

Note: The board will output adequate power only when the audio input and power source voltage/current are sufficient. The higher the power supply voltage, the larger the output power. Besides that, speaker impedance also changes the amplifier board power output. Please note that in the case of enough voltage and current, the larger the speaker impedance in ohms, the smaller the output power.

Assembly Instructions

  1. Peel off the adhesive backing on the heatsink and stick the heatsink to the chip with the black and silver top.
  2. Position the PCB between the bottom plate and a spacer, then screw the spacer into position using a screw from the bottom.
  3. Add the top plate by using another screw from the top end into the spacers. (The PCB should end up sandwiched between the base place and top plate, with all the screws going into the spacers.)
  4. Press fit the silver knob onto the volume control potentiometer.
