The Makerverse™ PAM8302 2.5W Mono Amplifier is a simple audio amplifier with low noise and a tiny footprint. Combine it with our favourite speaker to bring sound to your projects - We feature these parts in our Makerverse Audio Kit. Check out the guide if you want to see (and hear) them in action!

The PAM8302A is a class D amplifier module rated to 2.5W (Vcc = 5.5V driving a 4 Ohm speaker). It is designed for operation between 1.8V and 5.5V and can drive 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm speakers.

The amp features a volume control potentiometer and screw terminal for easy speaker connection. At maximum volume, the module has a fixed voltage gain of 23.5 dB (15 times).

An output filter is included to allow for use with long (>20cm) speaker wires without causing excessive radio interference.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:

  • $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
  • $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)

If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
