This is a 64-megapixel ultra-high-resolution autofocus camera module exclusively built for the latest and future generations of Raspberry Pi.

By bringing a sensor from modern-day flagship phones to the Raspberry Pi, you can take DSLR-like still images at the maximum resolution of 9152 x 6944! The module uses the libcamera library for control just like your official camera modules. A separate case is available to protect it which allows easy mounting using screws or the rear tripod mount.

A more affordable 16MP version is also available!

Same Size, Same Software, Same Experience

Apart from the ultra-high quality, everything else stays the same. The camera PCB matches that of the official camera modules, meaning you can still use most of your V1/V2/V3 mounts (the larger lens size may block some enclosures/mounts), still use the latest camera software (libcamera) and still have the same camera controls, all on top of better tuning!

For seasoned makers, the Hawk-eye is designed to ensure a smooth upgrade offering good compatibility with the official V1 modules: the V1/V2 form-factor, MIPI CSl-2 connection, latest libcamera software and a standard tripod mount.

Even if you are using Raspberry Pi for the first time, you can follow the product manual without hassle.

Note: 64MP is compatible with the Raspberry Pi 4 and CM4. Other boards (Pi 2/3/CM3/Zero) will run at 16MP.
