A specialised consumable designed to elevate the finish of wood laser-cut and engraved projects. Unlike standard painter's tape, which is often too narrow or employs adhesives that can interact poorly with laser, this tape is engineered specifically for the demands of laser optics and material protection.

A common pain point for makers working with plywood or light-coloured acrylic is the appearance of "smoke stains" or scorching on the material's surface near the cut line. Acting as a sacrificial layer, absorbing the smoke and char during the cutting process. Once peeled away, it reveals a pristine surface underneath, saving you from sanding or post-processing.

A maximum coverage of 4.5 square metres, that's approximately 25 sheets of 600x300mm stock. There's plenty for any project, and it will last a while!

Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
