If you’re looking for a logic analyser with a bit “more” in a tiny package then Saleae’s Logic8 is it. Simply connect via USB, install software and you’re ready to go! This logic analyser can record digital and analogue on 8 channels simultaneously.

Stepping up from the Logic4, the Logic8 provides even more versatility. With a massive 100 million samples per second, 25MHz range and a wide digital voltage range. It is a highly versatile piece of apparatus.

Unlike a typical oscilloscope or logic analyser, Logic8 can record continuously, the only limit is your computer’s RAM. Additionally, your digital signals are compressed, so how much memory you use depends on signal variation and complexity.

Features include; search, annotate, share, export and automate. This product is at the leading edge of modern innovation and simplicity.

Logic8 has built in protection against over-voltage conditions by a high impedance front end and ultra-low-capacitance diode clamps. A re-settable fuse protects the USB ground return line. The device is housed in a sleek black aluminium enclosure and its accessories are bundled in sturdy zipped case, small enough to fit in your laptop bag. While the Logic8 is an absolute necessity for your workbench, you simply won't hesitate using on the go with a 3 year manufactures warranty.

Software is available for Mac, Windows, and Linux.

This logic analyser is superb. I have used the previous model in an embedded systems subject and just had to get one. I would advise on getting the logic 8 over the logic 4 since spi uses at least 3-4pins, and thus you will run out of pins quickly. (Posted on 12/07/2017)

Brilliant - very capable analyzer for typical microcontroller signal work. Compact, reliable and easy to use. Software is intuitive, very capable and cross-platform. Core has one of the best prices in au, and standard shipping arrived next day (Sydney metro). (Posted on 24/08/2016)
