A high-performance acetal homopolymer plate commonly used for precision machining and mechanical prototyping. Unlike standard commodity plastics, this material serves as a robust substrate that lives somewhere between soft polymers and metals, providing a rigid, low-friction material for custom-manufactured parts.

CNCs often struggle with plastics that "gum up" or melt during high-speed CNC milling (Like HDPE), resulting in poor surface finishes, ruined workpieces and tangled end mills. This Delrin plate solves that frustration by offering superior chip formation and thermal stability, allowing you to achieve crisp edges and tight tolerances on desktop mills like the Carvera without the need for complex cooling setups.

Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
