xTool MetalFab SaveGas Cutting Nozzle Set

Thick stainless, aluminium and brass, cut cleanly at just 0.6 MPa. This is the telescopic contact-cutting nozzle you fit to an xTool MetalFab CNC Cutter when the job calls for real material thickness rather than fine detail.

Cutting 4 mm metal with an ordinary nozzle means driving your air system to 1.2 MPa and keeping it there. The SaveGas nozzle does the same work at half that pressure, which takes the strain off your compressor and dryer and keeps thicker material cutting within reach of a modest shop air setup.

It is a contact method, so it trades a little surface finish for that efficiency: expect to polish out light scratches, and keep shapes at 2.5 mm or larger. For scratch-free detail work, the ordinary nozzle remains the better tool. Every MetalFab CNC Cutter ships with one of these sets already fitted, so this is the spare you keep on the shelf for when the first one wears out.
