An industrial-grade serial device server and IoT gateway that bridges eight independent RS485 channels to Ethernet. Each RS485 port can be configured with its own baud rate and operates without crosstalk, making it well suited to data acquisition, IoT gateways, safety and security monitoring, and intelligent instrumentation.

- Dual 10/100M RJ45 Ethernet ports for network communication and cascading; PoE support on this version (IEEE 802.3af)
- Operating modes: TCP server, TCP client (coexisting with the server), UDP, and UDP multicast
- Multi-function gateway: serial server, Modbus gateway, MQTT gateway, and RS485-to-JSON conversion
- Flexible power: PoE, or DC 7–36V via screw terminal
- Robust protection: power and signal isolation, 2kV surge suppression, TVS diodes, resettable fuse, and ESD protection
- Rugged sand-blasted, anodised aluminium enclosure; DIN-rail or wall mountable
- NTP time synchronisation, web-browser configuration, DHCP/DNS support, and user-defined heartbeat/registration packets
Protocol and integration: supports Ethernet, IP, TCP, UDP, HTTP, ARP, ICMP, DHCP and DNS. As an MQTT gateway, it can upload serial data to MQTT brokers; as a JSON acquisition gateway, it converts Modbus RTU or non-standard RS485 data into JSON for HTTP or MQTT posting.

- $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
- $7+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
- $11+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
- $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
