The UPS Base Board supports three external power supplies: USB, wide voltage DC, and PoE. When connected to an external power source, it powers the system and charges the batteries. The battery automatically disconnects once fully charged to preserve its lifespan. If the external power isn't enough, the battery supplements it to keep the system running smoothly. Even if the battery fails or is removed, as long as external power is connected, the system continues operating. When the external power is lost, the system automatically switches to battery power without disruption. You can monitor the battery’s status, including voltage, current, power, and remaining capacity, via I2C.

- M.2 M KEY slot for connecting NVME SSDs or communication modules with PCIE M.2 M KEY interface
- Display: One DSI port with a 22-pin 0.5mm FPC connector
- Camera: Two CSI-2 ports with 22-pin 0.5mm FPC connectors
- Video Output: Two HDMI ports supporting 4K at 30fps
- RTC: Real-time clock with a battery socket, capable of waking the Compute Module 4
- Storage: MicroSD card socket for Compute Module 4 Lite variants (without eMMC)
- Fan: Supports speed adjustment and measurement, operates at 5V or 12V
- Indicators:
- M.2 status LED
- CM4 status LED
- DC Barrel Jack Input: Accepts 7-36V, with 12V 2A recommended

- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
- $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
