Give your Raspberry Pi 5 the silent, rock-solid protection it deserves. Machined from aluminium, this two-part enclosure turns the entire case into a heatsink with much more surface area than just the chips, pulling heat straight off the CPU (and other hot-spots) without a single moving part.
A dual-fan and single-fan edition is also available for those who like their Pi actively cooled.

CNC-milled aluminium top & bottom shell – tough, lightweight

Deep cooling fins – maximise surface area for increased passive heat dissipation

Pre-cut thermal pads – create a direct thermal bridge from the Pi 5’s CPU (and RAM if you wish) to the case

Hex bolts + hex key – for quick, secure assembly

Full access to every port, pin-header and connector on the Raspberry Pi 5

Assembly (5 minutes, tool included)

Power down & unplug your Pi 5.

Apply thermal pad: peel both films and place the pad on the CPU. Add a second pad on the RAM and other ICs if you’d like extra coverage.

Sandwich the board: align the top shell (fins up) over the CPU, position the bottom shell beneath the board, and hold together.

Bolt it up with the supplied hex screws.
Using HATs & add-ons
Because the case hugs the Pi, standard HATs will need 2×20 header extenders or a ribbon cable to clear the case.
Good-to-know

The enclosure conducts heat and electricity – watch for accidental shorts when wiring up external circuits.

The case will feel warm in use; that’s normal and why you’re unlikely to ever hit a Pi 5 “over-temperature” warning.

Dimensions: 87 × 56 × 25 mm (excluding port overhangs).

Products that weigh more than 0.5 KG may cost more than what's shown (for example, test equipment, machines, >500mL liquids, etc).
We deliver Australia-wide with these options (depends on the final destination - you can get a quote on the view cart page):
- $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
- $7+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
- $11+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
- $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
