The Bambu Lab A1 Mini is the ultimate "zero-friction" 3D printer, designed to take a complete beginner from unboxing to their first successful print in just 20 minutes.

For many aspiring makers, the jump into 3D printing is stalled by the "assembly tax", the hours spent squinting at manuals and tightening belts before you can even turn the machine on. The A1 Mini is the antidote to that frustration. Arriving pre-assembled, pre-squared, and pre-tuned, it’s built to be a "gateway" machine for the maker who wants to spend their weekend building things, not assembling the tool itself. It’s a compact, desktop-friendly powerhouse that proves you don't need a dedicated workshop or a degree in mechanical engineering to produce high-quality parts.

The real magic for the uninitiated user is how much the A1 Mini does behind the scenes to ensure success. By automating the most technical aspects of the process, such as the "dark art" of bed levelling and nozzle pressure calibration, it removes the most common causes of failed prints. Whether you’re printing a replacement household part or a detailed miniature, the A1 Mini treats 3D printing like a standard home appliance. It will be your first 3D printing  "plug-and-play" experience that doesn't sacrifice professional-grade speed or accuracy, making it the smartest starting point for anyone joining the maker movement.

Why Pick the A1 Mini?

20-Minute Rapid Setup

The printer arrives pre-assembled and pre-tuned, meaning you can go from cracking the tape on the box to hitting "start" on your first print before your coffee gets cold.

1-Click Mobile Printing

Integration with the Bambu Handy app and MakerWorld allows you to find a model and start a print directly from your phone, bypassing the need to learn complex slicer software on day one.

Full-Auto Calibration

The printer automatically handles Z-offset, bed-leveling, and vibration resonance before every print, ensuring a perfect first layer without any manual adjustment.

Active Flow Rate Compensation

An internal sensor measures nozzle pressure in real-time to adjust plastic flow, leading to consistent extrusion and sharper corners even during high-speed movements.

AMS Lite Compatibility

Connect the optional AMS lite to enable seamless 4-colour printing, allowing you to create complex, multi-material models without the hassle of manual filament swaps.

This listing does not include the AMS lite, but we also offer an A1 mini AMS Combo
