Arduino GIGA R1 WiFi: Level Up Your Gaming, Art, and Tech Projects

The Arduino GIGA R1 WiFi is the ultimate DIY electronics board for ambitious makers seeking to elevate their gaming, art, sound design, and tech projects. With a budget-friendly price and top-of-the-line features, this board brings advanced capabilities to hobbyists and professionals alike, in the same form factor as the popular Arduino Mega and Due.

Key Features

High-performance Dual Core Microcontroller (STM32H747XI):

The board boasts a 32-bit dual core microcontroller with a Cortex®-M7 (480 MHz) and a Cortex®-M4 (240 MHz), enabling you to run Micropython on one core and Arduino on the other.

Wireless Connectivity (Murata 1DX):

Whether you prefer Wi-Fi® or Bluetooth®, GIGA R1 WiFi has you covered. Connect to the Arduino IoT Cloud to monitor your project remotely, and rely on the ATECC608A secure element for safe communication.

Multiple Ports and Expanded GPIOs:

GIGA R1 WiFi features 4 UARTs, 3 I2C ports, 2 SPI ports, 1 FDCAN, and 76 GPIO pins. Its form factor allows it to work seamlessly with your custom-made shields, while the extra headers provide access to additional pins. A VRTC pin connects to a battery to keep the RTC functioning when the board is off, and an OFF pin helps shut down the board.

Convenient Connectors:

The board includes USB-A, USB-C®, Arducam camera, audio jack, and JTAG connectors to support versatile applications without requiring additional hardware.

Higher Voltage Support:

Unlike its predecessors, which had a 12V maximum, GIGA R1 WiFi can handle a voltage range of 6-24V.
