  • 8-Bit Breadboard Computer
  • This project is about how to build an 8 bit computer on breadboards, from 7400 series basic TTL. I am currently in the process of building mine, and will give an overview of what's involved. It is a great project that can teach you a lot about how a computer works at a basic level, and it allows for adaptations and expansion to your own interest. The computer will be able to perform basic programs such as computing the Fibonacci ...

  2. Review by Ian verified purchaser

Handy board that saves a lot of time bring 5v and 3.3v supplies to any breadboard. Definitely worth the money. (Posted on 7/09/2016)

  3. Review by Ray verified purchaser

Great little addition to my breadboard. Very useful, can provide 5V one side and 3.3 the other if you wish. I would like a 12V option direct from the input socket as well, but it's not a deal-breaker. (Posted on 10/06/2016)

haven't use this yet (Posted on 19/02/2016)

  5. Review by Clewsy - Bang-for-buck verified purchaser

Very handy for breadboard prototyping. In case you didn't realise from the description, note it can be set to two separate source voltages - 3V3 and 5V simultaneously and independently. (Posted on 29/03/2015)

  6. Review by Sonytecho - Handy for prototyping verified purchaser

Elegantly solves the problem of hooking up power rails to breadboard when prototyping a new circuit. Makes it quick and easy and less chance of blowing up an expensive new IC!
Well made and delivered quickly. (Posted on 20/12/2013)

  7. Review by Daryl - Handy device verified purchaser

This board should come with every breadboard. Cuts down wiring clutter, provides both 3.3V and 5V and accepts a range of power inputs.

Only thing to note is to be careful with the jumpers to ensure you have the right voltage selected for your circuit. (Posted on 7/12/2013)
