The xTool P3 is built to work hard - and xToolCare keeps it working. It extends your factory warranty, protects the components most likely to see wear, and puts an xTool expert on the other end of the line when you need one, so a hardware issue doesn't become downtime.
Extended Warranty. xToolCare lengthens the standard P3 warranty. The extension begins when your standard warranty ends, so your coverage runs continuously.
Accident Protection. If the CO2 laser tube is accidentally damaged during the coverage period, xTool will replace it for only a service fee - saving up to 60% against a standard out-of-warranty repair. The 1-Year plan includes up to two replacements; the 2-Year plan includes up to four.
Free Two-Way Shipping. For covered repairs and maintenance, xTool covers round-trip shipping for the life of your plan.
Priority Expert Support. Get one-on-one remote diagnosis and advice from xTool's technical team, with am industry leading response time.
xTool's team will take you from diagnosis and troubleshooting to a repaired or replaced machine in no time (xTool handles all Care-related claims through their portal - we will get in touch with instructions).
One-Time Full-Machine Renewal. If your P3 suffers an irreparable fault, a high-value multi-component failure, or a repair that would take too long, xToolCare covers a one-time full-unit replacement - a new unit where six months or more of warranty remain, or a certified refurbished unit otherwise.

Good to Know
- xToolCare must be purchased within 30 days of your P3 being delivered, and binds to a single machine by serial number.
- Cover applies to faults confirmed by an xTool technician; one machine or component is handled per request.
- A plan covers one machine only and can't be transferred to another machine or owner.
- This plan is offered in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law and does not limit them.
- A service offered by xTool directly; an xTool account and registration is required - we will get in touch once your machine ships with instructions.
Exact shipping can be calculated on the view cart page (no login required).
Products that weigh more than 0.5 KG may cost more than what's shown (for example, test equipment, machines, >500mL liquids, etc).
We deliver Australia-wide with these options (depends on the final destination - you can get a quote on the view cart page):
- $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
- $7+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
- $11+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
- $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
