This simple Snap-on Translucent USB  / Enclosure is an inexpensive way to turn a bare PCB into a more durable project (as long as the PCB design shape is under you control). For much less than it would cost to get a custom 3D printed case, and way way less than injection molding!

This case seems to be designed for USB to RS-485 adapter kinda like this one. It's made of clear translucent plastic, so you can have a small TFT or OLED or LEDs. There's two pieces that snap over the PCB to capture it in place.

While the original was intended for use as a converter with USB A plug and terminal block connectors, you could probably be flexible with what connectors you're using as long as they're smaller.

This case is great if you want to protect your design from everyday usage, but note that it is not waterproof or weatherproof.

No boards, cables, or accessories are included. You'll need to design your PCB to a specific shape for it to fit snuggly inside - refer to the diagram below, plus Adafruit recommend using your own set of calipers for depth measurements, to get something satisfactory.
