The Makeblock mBot is the perfect way to introduce robotics and programming to young makers. Not only can the mBot be assembled using the step-by-step instructions and pre-written code, but it encourages modification and expansion with the rest of the Makeblock kits and add-ons. With the introduction of STEM and STEAM-based curriculum in schools, mBot provides a hands-on experience with robotics.
Batteries aren't included with the mBot, pick up one of these rechargeable batteries for a perfect fit with your mBot and it's inbuilt charger.
This is the Bluetooth version which allows you to connect to Bluetooth devices and upload your programs wirelessly. This is the most popular option in schools and classrooms if you're using tablets and mobile devices. There's also a 2.4Ghz model which connects to your computer using a 2.4Ghz wireless USB adapter.
