This device features the original FT4232HL chip, ensuring fast and stable communication with excellent compatibility. It supports USB connections to four isolated RS232 channels, ideal for integrating multiple industrial serial devices. The design includes power supply isolation for stable voltage and digital isolation to ensure reliable signal transmission with strong interference resistance and low power consumption. An onboard Transient Voltage Suppressor provides protection against voltage surges and spikes, including lightning and ESD protection. A self-recovery fuse and protection diodes help maintain stable current and voltage, offering protection against over-current and over-voltage conditions. The power supply can be input through a screw terminal, accommodating a wide range from 5V to 36V DC. The device also includes nine LEDs that indicate power and transceiver status, all housed in a robust aluminum alloy enclosure with a sandblasted and anodized finish.
