This 9g micro digital servo is specifically designed for maker DIY projects, robotics competitions, and micro transmission mechanisms. Compared to standard 9g plastic-gear servos on the market, it features solid copper gears and a coreless motor. This completely eliminates the common issue of stripped plastic gears while significantly improving response speed and control precision. Operating at 6V, it delivers a stable torque of up to 1.5kg.cm. Combined with a high-precision digital circuit, the dead band is reduced to ≤3μs, ensuring highly accurate control.

Equipped with a standard JR connector, the servo is perfectly compatible with a wide range of DFRobot Arduino controllers, microcontrollers, and expansion shields. It is fully plug-and-play with no complex wiring required, making it ideal for space-constrained projects that demand precise control.

Features

  • Robust & Durable: Features internal copper gears for an extended lifespan and strong impact resistance, effectively preventing gear stripping even under heavy loads.
  • Fast & Precise: Powered by a coreless motor and a digital control chip, offering rapid response, excellent centering accuracy (≤1°), and strong holding torque.
  • Wide Compatibility: Supports a broad operating voltage (4.8–6V) and standard 500~2500μs PWM signals, making it a perfect match for major open-source hardware platforms.
  • Compact Design: Its small footprint allows for easy integration into various tight and compact structures.

Applications

  • Joint drives for micro/desktop robotic arms
  • Bionic robots (e.g., hexapod spiders, robot dogs)
  • Steering and throttle control for RC airplanes and cars
  • Smart home DIY projects (e.g., automated doors / windows, linear actuator mechanisms)
  • STEM education projects and sensor pan-tilt mechanisms
