A composite filament formulated for high-temperature structural applications where standard plastics fail. By reinforcing a PA12 (Nylon) base with carbon fibre, this material delivers exceptional stiffness and tensile strength, specifically engineered to maintain dimensional stability under mechanical and thermal load.

Unlike standard PA6-based nylons, this PA12 formulation absorbs significantly less ambient moisture, making it far easier to print and store over time. While it requires a hardened steel nozzle due to the abrasive nature of carbon fibre, it offers a Heat Deflection Temperature (HDT) vastly superior to ABS or PETG, remaining stable up to 194°C (@ 0.45 MPa).

Extreme Thermal Resistance: Engineered for functional parts, this material boasts a Heat Deflection Temperature of 194°C (at 0.45 MPa), allowing printed parts to withstand harsh industrial environments without deformation.
Automatic Parameter Syncing (AMS): The spool features a built-in RFID tag that communicates directly with the Bambu Lab AMS. This automatically loads the correct print profile, bed temp, and flow dynamics, eliminating manual configuration errors.
Optimised Printability: Despite being a fibre-filled engineering thermoplastic, the formulation allows for reliable extrusion and excellent layer adhesion (Z-strength) when compared to traditional Nylon composites.
Hardware Requirements: Carbon fibre is highly abrasive. You must use a Hardened Steel Nozzle (0.4mm or 0.6mm) and Hardened Steel Extruder Gear to print this material. Standard brass nozzles will wear out rapidly.
