Features

  • Superior Signal Fidelity – SiFi (Signal Fidelity) technology enables point-by-point arbitrary waveform generation with an ultra-low jitter of 200 ps.
  • High Stability & Low Noise – Achieves ±1 ppm frequency stability and –125 dBc/Hz phase noise for clean and consistent signal output.
  • High-Resolution Waveform Generation – Delivers 16-bit vertical resolution at up to 50 MHz and a sample rate of 200 MS/s for detailed and precise waveform creation.
  • Multifunctional Operation – Integrates a function generator, arbitrary waveform generator, noise generator, pulse generator, harmonics generator, modulator, and frequency counter in a single device.
  • Built-in Harmonics Generator – Supports up to 20th-order harmonic generation for complex waveform shaping and enhanced signal analysis.
  • Extensive Waveform Library – Includes over 140 built-in waveforms to suit a wide range of testing applications.
  • Versatile Modulation & Summing – Supports AM, FM, PM, ASK, FSK, PSK, and PWM, as well as standard waveform summing for flexible signal combinations.
  • Dual Independent Channels – Two full-function channels enable simultaneous or synchronized signal generation.
  • Large Arbitrary Waveform Memory – Provides 2 Mpts per channel (standard), expandable to 8 Mpts for storing and playing back complex waveforms.
  • Integrated Frequency Counter – Features a 7-digit/s full-function counter with 250 MHz bandwidth for precise signal measurements.
  • Seamless Connectivity & Control – Equipped with USB Host/Device interfaces and LAN (LXI Core Device 2011) for remote operation and automation.
