Stable Ethernet Connection, WPA2-Enterprise Authentication Wi-Fi Connection
The H2D Pro offers the option to connect to your devices through its onboard Ethernet port, ensuring robust network communication in complex environments.
Ethernet connectivity can also be used in crowded wireless signal environments. Additionally, the H2D Pro provides WPA2-Enterprise Wi-Fi Authentication (EAP-PEAP/EAP-TLS/EAP-TTLS) and individual physical kill switches for Wi-Fi, meeting stringent network security requirements.

Print with support is no longer a headache. With H2D’s dual-nozzle setup, one nozzle can be reserved for dedicated support or interface material, allowing for a secure print and perfect support interface.
Dual-nozzle printing reduces purge cycles in multi-colour prints. H2D's smart algorithms optimise filament use, maximising dual-nozzle efficiency to save time and materials.
Unlock the full potential of your high-temperature engineering filaments with a 350℃ (662°F) nozzle. Experience improved layer bonding when printing demanding materials like PPA-CF, PPS, and PPS-CF at higher temperatures, leading to stronger and more reliable parts.
Equipped with a 65°C active chamber heater and adaptive air circulation, the H2D Pro intelligently manages chamber temperature for optimal printing. Active flaps control internal/external airflow based on filament type, preventing low-temp clogs, reducing high-temp warping, improving layer bonding, and fully leveraging each material's strengths.
A new high-performance fan integrated into the toolhead front cover effectively cools the extruder and hotend heatsink. This intelligent temperature control mitigates potential clogging and filament jamming in challenging environments, enabling a 3°C increase in the recommended printer operating temperature.




Effectively Filter Particulates And VOCs Generated by Printing
For optimal air filtration, Bambu have integrated a G3 pre-filter, an H12 HEPA filter, and a premium coconut shell activated carbon filter. This enhanced system effectively minimises excessive odours and particulates, particularly beneficial when printing in less ventilated spaces, like an office or classroom.
With a hardness of HRA 90, the Tougher nozzle means lower maintenance.
Compared to hardened steel's HRA 74, the H2D Pro's tungsten carbide nozzle provides exceptional wear resistance. This results in a 50% or more increase in lifespan when printing abrasive, high-performance fibre-reinforced filaments.


Maintain 50-micron ultra-fine motion accuracy.
The H2D Pro comes standard with an ultra-high precision vision encoder plate, utilising a 5µm resolution optical measurement to calibrate toolhead movement.
This advanced system ensures consistent and distance-independent 50µm motion accuracy across the entire build area, laying down a strong first-layer for producing highly accurate prints - over the full life of the machine, wearing parts usually cause drift in accuracy, the encoder plate allows the printer to re-characterise and compensate for this drift.
