To connect your Pi Zero (or other mini HDMI devices) to a standard HDMI display, you'll need one of these handy mini HDMI-standard HDMI adapters. It simply plugs into your mini HDMI port and provides a female HDMI socket which you can plug a standard HDMI lead into and connect up to your external display.

  • Tweeting Pi-Zero-W GIF Camera
  • I made a Raspberry Pi camera that captures GIF files and optionally tweets them over WiFi! It's built around a Raspberry Pi Zero W and a Pi Camera module. • We've built a mass SD card writer using a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, some USB hubs and SD card readers. This beast has enough ports to write 49 SD cards at once! At Core Electronics, sometimes logistics hang-ups mean that suppliers cannot meet our demand for pre-flashed SD cards. During these periods we have to pick up the slack by manually imaging blank SD cards we source ourselves. Of course, this is a super-tedious process, and ...

A cute little adapter that means I can easily plug my diminutive Pi Zero into my 69" TV for some fun retro gaming or media centre shenanigans! It also works a treat with my desktop monitor, but it is more fun to hook the Pi up to the telly! (Posted on 28/04/2018)

Allowed me to use a standard HDMI cable, which I had on hand. So I could get up and running quickly. Have since bought a HDMI cable with a mini connector at one end - just a little more convenient. (Posted on 25/02/2018)

Didn't realise to afterwards that this isn't necessary, but it still allows me to use my Pi as a computer and not just run it headless, which is always nice for what I paid. (Posted on 16/01/2018)
