Add 4 helping hands to your PanaVise Work Center and level-up your work space! This tool is designed specifically to sandwich between the base plate and split ball mechanism of a PanaVise 350 Work Center.

This helping hand from Hobby Creek is just what your maker bench needs, you'll be able to take on projects quicker and easier by this simple addition!

The PanaHand comes fully assembled, all you will need to do is undo the bolt holding the baseplate to your split ball and insert it in between, you'll be up and running soldering in a flash. The base of the PanaHand is high-quality, precision machined Aluminium; it's lightweight and anodized so it's guaranteed to last a life time.

The 4 flexible arms are independently positionable, using large alligator clips to hold your components in place. The alligator clips are terminated in Silicon covers too, ensuring your components are in safe hands. This tool is guaranteed to make your project workflow faster!

Additionally, there are 8 unused arm holes in the base plate. If you need more arms, magnifying glass arms or even an extractor fan the space is there, you'll just need to screw it in and carry on!

Note: The PanaVise Work Center is not included with this product.

The metal base ( anodised aluminium I think ) of this stand is about 12 cm in diameter and is about 1 cm high. Each of the four arms is about 30 cm long and they are highly flexible yet strongly hold their set positions. Each arm is screwed into a threaded hole in the metal base and as there are a total of twelve threaded holes, there is great flexibility in arm location in the base. I left mine as supplied as this worked for me. Also each arm is terminated with an alligator clip, all jaws being lined with thick plastic sleeving for component protection. I used all four arms to secure a circuit board, clipping each corner. The circuit board was held very rigidly with no movement while I resoldered a component that had come adrift. Worked brilliantly ! This stand can be used alone ( it has a rubber undersole for table grip ) or it can be incorporated into a Panavise 350 work center. When used with the Panavise work centre, the flexible arms can be folded back out of the way if not needed, or just as easily moved forward into any position to hold your work. This is an awesome piece of equipment that allows great versatility in holding appropriate work securely in virtually any position. (Posted on 22/06/2018)

Great match-up with the Panavise 324 kit. Fits to the base like a factory fit and makes me wonder why Panavise didn't include something similar. (Posted on 25/09/2017)
