Put your Snap! cassette on and sing along to "I got the power!" with this super useful power supply adapter where you can easily change the voltage with a snap of your fingers. On the front is a potentiometer knob and a LED 7-segment digital display. Twist the knob and look at the output voltage to range from 3 to 12V DC. It's kinda like a benchtop supply you can take with you anywhere. Or if you don't wanna take it anywhere, it has six mounting holes for a more permanent power supply spot.

This 3 to 12V 5A Adjustable Power Supply comes with a 2-prong plug and a 2.1mm barrel jack. With a pair of these alligator clip adapters, lighting up any one of Adafruit's 2-wire LED strips becomes a breeze (like our Flexible LED Strips in Various Colors - 352 LEDs per meter or the Flexible Silicone Neon-Like LED Strip in Various Colors - 1 Meter).

With all that adjustable voltage, this power supply is a great tool for any maker's workbench for any kind of robotics or electronics project. Adafruit love this as Adafruit's sole desktop power supply when Adafruit don't need current limiting or current measurements, Adafruit can dial it to 3V, 5V, 6V, 9V, or 12V based on the device Adafruit are working.

We also carry a 3-12VDC 1.5 Amp output switching power supply with a selectable out and range of DC plug tips.

$3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)

Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:
