1519 Series goTUBE Endcap (14mm Bore, 36mm OD, 4mm Thick) - 4 Pack

Turn the open end of a 4103 Series tube into a bolt-on flange, and axially constrain it in a motion assembly without machining a thing. Four M4 screws into the end of the tube is all it takes.

Tubing that creeps through its own bearing is a familiar headache. At 36mm outer diameter, this endcap is sized to contact the inner race of a 32mm bore bearing, so the tube is positively constrained rather than free to wander.

Made from acetal(Delrin), each cap adds only 4.2g to a rotating assembly. Eight Ø4mm clearance holes across 16mm and 24mm spacings let you index the cap to whichever pattern lines up, and the 14mm central bore leaves room for a shaft or fastener to pass straight through.

At just 4mm thick, it stays compact enough to fit and rotate inside 1120 Series U-Channel, and pairing it with a 1505 Series Counterbored Pattern Spacer reverses the direction of constraint when you need it the other way around.
