Its integrated vector network analyzer (VNA) function and advanced triggering options.

  • Exceptional Sensitivity – Achieves a displayed average noise level (DANL) as low as –161 dBm (typical) and phase noise below –102 dBc/Hz, with level measurement uncertainty under 1.0 dB.
  • Advanced Measurement Capabilities – Features a minimum resolution bandwidth (RBW) as low as 1 Hz (with 1 Hz option) and supports multiple measurement modes including density, spectrogram, and various trigger masks.
  • Integrated VNA & Tracking Generator – The built‑in vector network analyzer function enables S‑parameter (S11, S21) and distance‑to‑fault (DTF) measurements, while the 4.5 GHz tracking generator covers a frequency range from 100 kHz to 3 GHz.
