The FNIRSI NVS-20 is a compact, high-definition digital night vision monocular designed to provide clear visibility in complete darkness and low-light environments. Equipped with a 25mm objective lens and an 850nm infrared illuminator, this device allows users to digitally capture 4K video and 36MP still images, making it an excellent tool for nocturnal observation, security, and wildlife monitoring.
Traditional optical night vision relies heavily on ambient light amplification, rendering it largely ineffective in pitch-black conditions. The NVS-20 solves this limitation by utilising active infrared illumination, granting you the ability to see up to 300 metres in total darkness without giving away your position. Whether you are tracking nocturnal wildlife, conducting nighttime property inspections, or simply navigating off-grid, this active IR system ensures you are never left in the dark.
Engineered for rugged outdoor use, the NVS-20 features an IPX6 water resistance rating and a robust handheld form factor weighing just 240 grams. It is powered by a standard 18650 lithium-ion battery and recharges via a modern 5V/1A USB Type-C port, allowing makers and explorers to easily keep it powered using standard power banks during extended field operations. It also includes a standard tripod mounting point for stable, high-magnification viewing.

- $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)

- $11+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
- Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.
Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.
Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:

- $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)
