Please Note:
1. Before purchasing DJI Care Refresh +, ensure that the DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) purchased for your aircraft is still valid and that there is at least 1 replacement left.
Click here if you have not purchased DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan). After DJI Care Refresh (1-Year Plan) becomes active, you can purchase DJI Care Refresh+.
For DJI Care Refresh (2-Year Plan), DJI Care Refresh + is not supported.
2. DJI Care Refresh + and the corresponding product must be purchased from the same country or region since the benefits provided by DJI Care Refresh + are only eligible in the region where it was purchased.
3. After DJI Care Refresh+ is purchased, your service agreement will be sent to you via email. DJI Care Refresh+ will be bound to your product automatically and come into effect within 24 hours.

4. Each time you request a replacement, you'll receive a replacement unit that is new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
For DJI Mini 2, the replacement fee is AUD $79.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.
