These stainless steel tweezers have a reverse action that makes them self close. All purpose utility type tweezers used by electronic hobbyists, model makers, jewelers, watchmakers and with craft work.
These tweezers are perfect for anyone who does a lot of work with SMD components (and hey, who isn't these days?) Use these instead of squinting and trying to use...
You can tell by our large assortment of tweezers that we here at SparkFun are way into picking up tiny things. To make sure we’re always up to date on the latest in ‘tweezing’ technology, we’re always buying and testing new tweezers. Okay… tweezers aren’t exactly the most exciting thing in the world, but they are super handy.

These are nice, cross-locking, straight tweezers, unlike traditional models the tips on these tweezers will remain closed until squeezed open. They have a very fine tip which allows you to pick up very small parts with precision. This is a great tool to have if you’re working with surface mount components or anything with very small parts. The ESD-safe coating will also help prevent electro-static damage to sensitive electronic components.

This smart SMD tester is essentially a pair of multimeter tweezers. This allows you to troubleshoot circuits with small SMD parts without having to fumble with large probes or long wires. Test resistors, capacitors and diodes one-handed!
Identify and measure surface-mount components with the FNIRSI LCR-ST1 Smart Tweezers. This handheld unit combines precision gold-plated probes with a 10kHz LCR meter for rapid, accurate in-circuit troubleshooting of resistors, capacitors, and other common components.
Identify those impossible to read SMD components! A handheld tweezer ‘plug in’ adaptor to suit just about any DMM. Permits on board or standalone testing of surface mount devices including resistors, capacitors, diodes, inductors etc (dependant on DMM functionality). 450mm length. Ideal for R&D, service centres, prototyping etc. Cat II 1000V 2A.
In case you haven’t noticed, when dealing with electronics, you’ll be picking lots of small things up, and it only gets harder when dealing with tiny SMD components. But whatever you’re working on, be it a breadboard proto...
