What you see is what you get - a black case that is designed for the Raspberry Pi 3 (and the Pi 2 or original Model B+ boards). This case has a block pattern on the top side which makes it quite nice for a media setup. Plenty of access to the side ports, although the fully enclosed design blocks access to the GPIO pins and ribbon connectors.

  • Mass SD card Image Writer
  • We've built a mass SD card writer using a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B, some USB hubs and SD card readers. This beast has enough ports to write 49 SD cards at once! At Core Electronics, sometimes logistics hang-ups mean that suppliers cannot meet our demand for pre-flashed SD cards. During these periods we have to pick up the slack by manually imaging blank SD cards we source ourselves. Of course, this is a super-tedious process, and ...

Great little case. The Pi fitted perfectly, and it snapped together nicely. It has a small slot so the SD card can be inserted or removed without needing to pull the case apart, and two small holes so the lights on the Pi can be seen. (Posted on 25/06/2017)

it's a black case with a tiny bit more ventilation then the stock case. Still leads to overhearing during n64 emulation though. Really need a heatsink or fan to prevent this. (Posted on 25/04/2017)

Basic case, it does exactly what it is suppose to do,

When i got mine it did not fit 100% i had to file down some plastic bits to be able to close it, but it was no hassle (Posted on 3/03/2017)

Slightly more spacious interior (taller) than the official Pi 3 case, which gives a little more room for larger heatsinks and cooling options. (Posted on 12/12/2016)
