Hey, welcome back to Chapter 5 of the 3D Printing Workshop. Now that we've taken a look at printing problems and their fixes, you should almost be ready to venture out into the world of 3D printing with enough knowledge to print and troubleshoot your way through any 3D print. That being said, you're still probably in for a couple of hours worth of 3D printing, so I thought it might be good to show you what maintenance you can perform on your 3D printer, making sure that you're taking the best care of it as possible.

Now the last thing that anyone wants is mechanical failures during their prints, so let's avoid it by tackling the big ticket items for maintaining a 3D printer. What we're going to do is look at a basic maintenance routine and schedule that applies to all 3D printers. We're also going to take a look at printing some replacement parts, and finally, where you can go after this workshop to get some more information and support in 3D printing.
