This is a retro-inspired case for the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ will instantly transport you back to the classic gaming consoles of the early 90s. If you were on the other side of the gaming system fence, take a look at NESPi and SUPERPi cases. All of the RetroFlag cases come with working power and reset buttons(require scripts) as well as storage for extra SD cards.

LAN & USB cover

Behind the small sliding door at the back of the case, you can access the LAN port and 2 USB ports and hide them when they are not in use.

Improved HDMI and Audio ports

The MEGAPi and SUPERPi have been designed to allow the HDMI and Audio Port to plug directly into the Pi. This upgrade means that there an improvement to the quality of the video and audio output. 

Micro SD Storage.

The MEGAPi has a large storage area for spare SD Cards built into the top of the case, you can also open a compartment at the back of the case that allows for the SD card to be swapped easily.

To create a RetroPie setup, at a minimum, you'll need a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, a Power Supply, a controller, and a RetroPie micro SD card.

Connectivity and Cooling

Connecting your Pi up inside the case is easy. Just plug the Ethernet, USB and GPIO pins in, and you're ready to go. There's also room to mount a 30mmx30mmx7mm fan inside for additional cooling plus plenty of room for mounting a heatsink. We deliver Australia-wide with these options (depends on the final destination - you can get a quote on the view cart page):

  • $3+ for Stamped Mail (typically 10+ business days, not tracked, only available on selected small items)
  • $7+ for Standard Post (typically 6+ business days, tracked)
  • $11+ for Express Post (typically 2+ business days, tracked)
  • Pickup - Free! Only available to customers who live in the Newcastle region (must order online and only pickup after we email to notify you the order is ready). Orders placed after 2PM may not be ready until the following business day.

Non-metro addresses in WA, NT, SA & TAS can take 2+ days in addition to the above information.

Some batteries (such as LiPo) can't be shipped by Air. During checkout, Express Post and International Methods will not be an option if you have that type of battery in your shopping cart.

International Orders - the following rates are for New Zealand and will vary for other countries:

  • $12+ for Pack and Track (3+ days, tracked)
  • $16+ for Express International (2-5 days, tracked)

If you order lots of gear, the postage amount will increase based on the weight of your order.
