This is a Mega Drive inspired case for the Raspberry Pi 3 B+ will instantly transport you back to the classic gaming consoles of the early 90s. If you were on the other side of the SNES vs Megadrive Debate or just love classic gaming consoles you will want to check out the NESPi and SUPERPi cases. Classic Mega Drive Style

This Raspberry Pi case applying the most iconic elements of the classic gaming console as a homage to the Mega Drive. The design also combines innovative storage and many features that will have you loving the function as much as the form. 

LAN & USB cover

Behind the small sliding door at the back of the case, you can access the LAN port and 2 USB ports and hide them when they are not in use.

Improved HDMI and Audio ports

The MEGAPi and SUPERPi have been designed to allow the HDMI and Audio Port to plug directly into the Pi. This upgrade means that there an improvement to the quality of the video and audio output. 

Micro SD Storage.

The MEGAPi has a large storage area for spare SD Cards built into the top of the case, you can also open a compartment at the back of the case that allows for the SD card to be swapped easily. 

To create a RetroPie setup, at a minimum, you'll need a Raspberry Pi 3 Model B+, a Power Supply, a controller, and a RetroPie micro SD card

Connectivity and Cooling

Connecting your Pi up inside the case is easy. Just plug the Ethernet, USB and GPIO pins in, and you're ready to go. There's also room to mount a 30mm fan inside for additional cooling plus plenty of room for mounting a heatsink.
