In 2012, founder of UK company Pi Supply, Aaron Shaw, got his first ever Raspberry Pi computer and decided his company was going to follow along with supporting makers, educators and industry in their Raspberry Pi endeavours. His first frustration, reaching under his bed to switch off his Pi, bred the company’s first accessory, the Pi Supply On/Off switch! This little gadget was a little more intelligent than a simple push button, and the community responded in force by funding the kickstarter, and in turn, the company.

Since then, the team at Pi-supply have grown in numbers and in unique, value-adding accessories guaranteed to make any project just that little bit neater. Self-named the ‘Maker Emporium’, the team at Pi Supply do so much of what we love across the pond. We couldn’t help but bring their awesome gear on board, for makers and educators in Australia and New Zealand.
