Since 2011, Formlabs has worked toward one goal, "So anyone can make anything", with a range that spans compact desktop resin printers through to large-format SLS systems, and all of the accessories and materials to get consistent high-quality results.
The Form series uses resin printing to produce smooth, detailed parts for prototypes, jigs, tooling and end-use components. Alongside the current flagship, the Form 4, there are large-format models and biocompatible versions for dental and medical work. For classrooms, design studios and shared workspaces, Form Studio brings the same technology to a more budget-conscious machine, with low-odour resins and optional VOC filtration.
The Fuse series uses selective laser sintering (SLS) to print strong nylon and flexible PU parts with no support structures, suited to functional prototypes and batch production. The range runs from the compact Fuse 1+ to the large-format Fuse X1.
