How to Split Your Order Shipment

Have some items in your order that are backordered? There's no need to wait! You can easily split your order so that in-stock items can ship as soon as possible. Here's how:

  1. Navigate to My Account
  2. Select the My Orders menu
  3. Find your Pending order that contains back ordered items and select View Order
  4. Review the contents of your order and click the Split Order button

Follow the prompts to select the shipping method that will be used for Ready to pack items.

Please note: Splitting your order will incur an additional shipping fee for the second package. During the process, you'll be able to choose from several shipping options that best fit your needs. The original order will ship once all Backordered items are Ready to pack, and use the shipping method that was originally selected when the order was placed.
