This chassis base plate is a round piece of 1/8" (3 mm) acrylic with a 5" (127 mm) diameter and cutouts for building a differential-drive robot chassis based on Pololu's micro metal gearmotors and 42×19mm wheels. The chassis has assorted general-purpose holes and slots that support many configurations of sensors and other robot components.
No, this isn’t a tank tread, this is a 0.5m long Cable Carrier with 10x15mm bits composing its main body and two screw fasteners at each end for efficient mounting. Sometimes called a “drag chain,” each carrier can be used in projects with a large number of moving parts to protect internally installed cables, pipes, or tubes so they can be bent and moved while remaining protected. Cable carriers can most commonly been found in 3D printers and CNC machines but they can be used in any situation where you need cables or tubes to bend without risk of them being damaged or wearing out prematurely.
What does “P” mean? “P” is for “panel mount” in this product. This Grove – Button is a sister version of original Grove - Button. They are identical except...
Removing SMD parts more complex than a resistor or SOT-23 can be a real bear. You want to get the part off without damaging traces, and if possible, without damaging...

This is a 24W dual output switching power supply from Mean Well. This power supply is extremely reliable and able to output 15VDC at 0.8A. We’ve been testing this...
This sensor is composed of an infrared emitter on one upright and a shielded infrared detector on the other. By emitting a beam of infrared light from one upright to the other, the sensor can detect when an object passes between the uprights, breaking the beam. Used for many applications including optical limit switches, pellet dispensing, general object detection, etc. Gap width = 10mm
Here we have some right-angle headers with 40x3 pins. They are break away and will take a bit of effort to break this beast where you need it to break. That being said, if you need a big header like this, it’s easy enough to break it where you need. The pins are spaced at 0.1" and there are 3 rows of 40 pins.
Heart rate data can be really useful whether you’re designing an exercise routine, studying your activity or anxiety levels or just want your shirt to blink with your heart beat. The problem is that heart rate can be difficult to measure. Luckily, the Pulse Sensor Amped can solve that problem!
Do you have an R/C vehicle battery pack that desperately needs a Deans connector? With our new M/F Deans connector pair, you’ll have just what you need to safely and securely connect your battery or anything else that requires a mini T Plug.
The LilyPad Simple just got a whole lot… simpler. We’ve updated the Simple board to create the LilyPad USB by replacing the classic ATMega328 with the new ATMega32U4. Not only does that mean that it’s running a variation of the latest and greatest bootloader, but it also means no more FTDI Basic! The only extra piece of hardware you need to program the LilyPad USB is a micro-USB cable, since the new IC has built-in USB support. The LilyPad USB is also officially supported in the Arduino IDE as of version 1.0.2!
The SparkFun ESP8266 Thing is essentially a breakout and development board for the ESP8266 WiFi SoC. Why the name? We lovingly call it the Thing due to it being the perfect foundation for your Internet of Things. Over the past year, the ESP8266 has been a growing star among IoT or WiFi-related projects. It’s an extremely cost-effective WiFi module, that – with a little extra effort – can be programmed just like any microcontroller. The only unfortunate part is: the ESP8266 has mostly only been available in a tiny, modular form, which, with limited I/O and a “unique” pin-out, can be difficult to build a project around. SparkFun’s new development board for the ESP8266 breaks out all of the module’s pins, and comes equipped with a LiPo charger, power supply, and all of the other supporting circuitry it requires.
When your little robot needs someone to lean on, it can lean on this support wheel. Perfect for use with 2-wheeled robots that need a third-point of support, this...
