# xTool M2 Colour Craft Laser Cutter - Standalone Machine (20W)

**Type:** Product page · **SKU:** CE11113
**Page:** https://core-electronics.com.au/xtool-m2-colour-craft-laser-cutter-standalone-machine-20w.html ([markdown](https://core-electronics.com.au/xtool-m2-colour-craft-laser-cutter-standalone-machine-20w.html.md))

Print in full colour, then cut it out on the same desktop machine. 20W of diode power handles more materials without a second pass.

## Pricing

- **Price:** $1,599.00 (inc GST) — $1,453.64 AUD, exc GST

## Availability & dispatch

- Available with a lead time — expect dispatch between Sep 21 and Sep 21.

## Restrictions

This product incorporates a laser system. Before purchasing or using laser equipment (including modules, components, or complete machines such as laser cutters and engravers), please consider the following:

- These products are intended for professional, educational, industrial, or supervised workshop environments.
- Operators should be appropriately trained and understand laser safety practices, including enclosures, signage, PPE, and safe operating procedures where applicable.

A declaration of use will need to be submitted during checkout.

## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=CE11113:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/CE11113:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)

## Description

Full-colour printing and laser cutting finally live inside the same desktop enclosure. Print a design, then let the machine contour-cut around it — one setup, one alignment, no handoff.

Print-then-cut workflows normally mean two devices and a fragile registration step between them, and every misalignment costs a sheet of material. Dual onboard cameras handle placement here, so what you see on the canvas is where the laser goes.

The 20W blue diode module is the step up from [the 10W M2](https://core-electronics.com.au/xtool-m2-standalone-craft-laser-cutter-engraver-machine-10w.html): roughly double the optical output, which means thicker stock in fewer passes and less scorching from repeat runs. Both modules are swappable, and the same chassis also accepts a 3W infrared module for bare metal and plastics, or the CMYK inkjet head for colour work.

### Features

- Cuts thicker material in fewer passes than the 10W, thanks to the 20W blue diode module - less edge charring from repeated cuts
- Places your design exactly where you put it on screen, using dual built-in cameras rather than manual jigging
- Adds true print-then-cut with the optional CMYK inkjet head, so stickers and labels come off the bed finished
- Marks stainless, aluminium and plated metals with the optional 3W IR module
- Engraves cylinders from 0 to 100 mm diameter directly, with no riser base required - a more compact setup than other machines that need one
- Holds thin stock without fuss: magnetic fixtures clamp material up to 6 mm, thicker pieces sit on top of them
- Runs a built-in air pump for cut quality comparable to an external air-assist system, with adjustable airflow
- Fully enclosed Class 1 operation, safe to run on a desk in a shared room
- Genuine xTool module — guaranteed fit and firmware support, unlike third-party substitutes
