## Description

This puts six independent relay channels on GPIO lines, so one small box can switch six separate DC loads - lights, pumps, solenoids, fans, motors - from anywhere on your network.

The brains are a Seeed Studio XIAO ESP32-C6, which brings 2.4GHz Wi-Fi 6 along with BLE 5.0, Zigbee and Thread radios. ESPHome firmware comes pre-installed, so the board announces itself to Home Assistant, and you can be toggling power within minutes of powering it up - no soldering, no flashing, and maybe only a little YAML wrangling to get started. If you'd rather take full control, the XIAOs ESP32 is fully supported by the Arduino IDE and can be reprogrammed however you like.

Two Grove ports (one I2C, one UART) are broken out on the enclosure, so you can connect a temperature sensor, a light sensor or a display off the same unit and build closed-loop automations without adding a second controller, or endpoint just for sensors

Each of the six channels gives you COM, NC and NO terminals, so you can wire loads either normally-open or normally-closed to suit your logic.

**Please note — Early Build**

Seeed release these units under their "Early Build" program: the hardware is functional but the enclosure is 3D-printed rather than injection-moulded, and the firmware is still evolving ahead of a final release. Cosmetic finish will vary between units. If you want a settled, final-revision product, this isn't it yet — but if you're happy to be early and feed back, it's a capable bit of kit.

**Safety**

The relays themselves are rated to 10A at 250V AC. However, this unit ships in a 3D-printed PLA enclosure with exposed terminal blocks, no mains-rated isolation and no Australian certification — we supply and support it for low-voltage DC switching. If you intend to switch 240V AC mains, the assembly must be rehoused in an appropriately rated enclosure and the wiring carried out by a licensed electrician. Mains work by an unlicensed person is illegal in Australia.
