## Description

Adafruit love the Raspberry Pi 4 and 5, with their fancy new USB Type C power connectors. Now Adafruit have an even *better* power supply that can be used with either Pi 4 or even a Pi 5 with 5V output, 3A of current to handle builds with accessories and displays. This flat square body works best when plugging into a wall socket so it doesn't get knocked out easily, and a handy on/off switch at the end will cut power in a snap.

Of course, this adapter can be used for other devices: Adafruit have tested it with various phones and tablets and other gadgets.

If you are running a Pi 5 with a *lot* of extras that use USB power, [you may need a 5V 5A power supply](https://core-electronics.com.au/catalog/product/view/sku/ADA5814).
