## Description

Transform the way you power low-current devices with the USB-C Power Bank KeepAlive module. This innovative solution addresses a common challenge where power banks automatically shut off when powering microcontrollers, development boards, and other low-power electronics. Using sophisticated pulse technology, this compact module ensures continuous power delivery for your critical applications.

### Key Features

- Ultra-compact SMD design with dual USB-C female ports
- Intelligent pulse technology using 555 timer circuit
- Automatic power maintenance for low-current devices
- Pass-through data line connectivity
- Pre-assembled and ready to use
- Optimised pulse values for broad compatibility

### Technical Specifications

- Input/Output: Dual USB-C female ports
- Current Draw: ~10mA baseline with ~100mA pulse
- Duty Cycle: 50%
- Connection Type: Pass-through (data lines unaffected)

## How to Use

Installation is straightforward with the assembled USB-C KeepAlive:

1. Connect a [USB-C to USB-C cable](https://core-electronics.com.au/usb3-usbc-to-usbc-cable-1m.html) from your power bank to the KeepAlive input port
2. Connect another USB-C cable from the KeepAlive output port to your device
3. Power on your power bank to begin operation

The module automatically maintains power delivery by creating small current pulses that prevent the power bank from detecting a low-power state and shutting off.
