## Description

The TLP190B(U,C,F) from Toshiba is a 4 pin mini flat surface mount photocoupler. This photocoupler consist of GaAlAs light emitting diode, optically coupled to a series-connected photodiode array which is suitable for MOSFET gate driver. Typical applications of device are telecommunication, programmable controllers, MOS gate driver and MOS FET gate driver.
