## Description

This board is a member of DFRobot's Sunflower series - a family of boards focusing on high-efficiency solar power energy management for IoT or off-grid projects

It featires MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) in order to make the most of your solar panel with the available light, a 3-stage lithium-ion battery charger to keep your battery happy, and 3 DC outputs at various voltages to power your project!

### Features and Specifications:

- Accepts a DC input from a solar panel (with MPPT settings for 9V, 12V and 18V panels) or a DC source from 7-30V (with MPPT disabled)
- Features a USB input that can accept 5V at 2A which will override the solar/DC charging
- Can charge and discharge a 3.7V LiPo, with a 3-stage charging function. Charge current can reach up to 2A, so make sure that your battery can handle this (LiPo batteries from Core are only good to 1A, try Hobby King for higher rated batteries)
- Features a suite of 3 outputs, each of which can be disabled using jumpers:
- Output 1: 5V 1.5A - This is shared with the USB port, however the USB port cannot be disabled
- Output 2: 3.3V 1A - This is useful for powering 3.3V devices like an ESP32
- Output 3: 9V at 500mA depending on the position of the "OUT3 SET switch"
