## How to buy

- **Build a cart:** compose `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link?items=GPS-26620:1` (comma-separated SKU:qty pairs) and share the link. Opening it shows a confirmation page with live pricing and stock before anything is added to the cart.
- **Verify the cart first:** fetch `https://core-electronics.com.au/cart/link/GPS-26620:1.md` for live line prices (inc & exc GST, quantity discounts applied), stock and dispatch estimates, and totals. Append `/to/{AU-postcode}` (or `/to/{country-code}:{postcode}`) before `.md` for delivery options and prices to that destination. Unknown, retired, or out-of-stock SKUs are flagged. (Query form `cart/link.md?items=...` also works but some robots parsers refuse query strings here.)
- **Checkout** is completed on-site and includes a captcha at the payment step. Share the cart link; checkout takes it from there.
- **Search the catalogue:** `https://core-electronics.com.au/search/{query}.md` (URL-encode the query; pages 2-3 at `search/{query}/{page}.md`; `search.md?q=` also works)

## Description

The SparkFun Quadband GNSS RTK Breakout - LG290P (Qwiic) offers a powerful upgrade with the Quectel LG290P GNSS module, providing exceptional positioning accuracy. The board's dimensions, pin layout, and connectors are exactly the same as the popular [SparkFun GPS-RTK-SMA Breakout - ZED-F9P (Qwiic)](https://core-electronics.com.au/sparkfun-gps-rtk-sma-breakout-zed-f9p-qwiic.html), featuring the same compact design and convenient Qwiic connector. Connect with ease using a variety of interfaces, including UART, SPI\*, and I2C\*.

The LG290P module is a quad-band, multi-constellation, high-precision, RTK GNSS receiver. The module is capable of simultaneously receiving signals from the `L1`, `L2`, `L5`, and `L6`/`E6` frequency bands of the GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, QZSS, and NavIC GNSS constellations. In addition, the module supports SBAS augmentation systems (WASS, EGNOS, BDSBAS, MSAS, GAGAN, and SDCM), PPP services\* (BDS PPP-B2b, QZSS CLAS, MADOCA-PPP, and Galileo HAS), RTCM, and RTK corrections for precision navigation with a fast convergence time and reliable performance.

The built-in NIC anti-jamming unit provides professional-grade interference signal detection and elimination algorithms, effectively mitigating multiple narrow-band interference sources and significantly improving signal reception performance in complex electromagnetic environments. Additionally, the embedded algorithms ensure reliable positioning in complex scenarios such as urban environments and deep tree cover.

With its high-precision and low power consumption performance advantages, this board is ideal for high-precision navigation applications, such as intelligent robots, UAVs, precision agriculture, mining, surveying, and autonomous navigation.

`*`: Feature is still under development

**Note:** Currently, only the UART interface is supported by the module. Three UART ports are broken out to the USB-C connector *(via CH342 USB-serial converter)*, 4-pin locking JST connector, and BlueSMiRF 6-pin header. Additionally, the corrections for some of the PPP services may not be implemented yet.
