## Description

Spectra Symbol's recommended wiper for use with linear & rotary SoftPots, ThinPots, and especially HotPots. The stock 1-3 Newton wiper is an excellent product for most applications.

These potentiometers function very well with multiple contacts used to actuate the sensor, but for the longest life of the sensor and for the highest possible precision, Sparkfun recommend this wiper/plunger that has been tested over a million actuator cycles on each linear pot variant.
