These headers are particularly cute and tiny and are designed to [match perfectly with Adafruit's shorty female header kit for Featherwings](https://core-electronics.com.au/short-feather-headers-kit-12-pin-and-16-pin-female-header-set.html). Note that you *could* use normal header with those headers but these are short and dont need clipping. By using both you can get a 3.5mm slimmer Feather+Wing setup Unlike our [Feather Stacking Headers](https://core-electronics.com.au/feather-stacking-headers-12-pin-and-16-pin-female-headers.html), they aren't designed to 'stack', but they're way more compact.
